為鼓勵以系統角度理解個人與關係議題，
個人、伴侶及家庭輔導均採用相同收費標準。

如你的保險計劃涵蓋由 註冊社工（Registered Social Worker, RSW）或社會工作碩士（Master of Social Work）提供的輔導／心理治療服務，你或可申請費用報銷。

請直接聯絡你的保險公司或透過保險應用程式，查詢有關保障範圍、可報銷金額及申請程序的詳細資料。

本服務設保險公司或延伸醫療福利之直接扣帳（Direct Billing）。

每次輔導完成並透過信用卡（Jane Payment）或電子轉帳（e-transfer）完成付款後，我們將透過電郵發送正式收據。你可自行向保險公司提交收據以申請報銷。

If your insurance plan covers counseling or psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or a Master of Social Work (MSW), you may be eligible for reimbursement.

Please contact your insurance provider directly or use their mobile app to inquire about coverage details, reimbursable amounts, and application procedures.

Direct billing for insurance companies or extended health benefits is available for the following:

Sun Life Canada

Pacific Blue Cross

Other insurance providers

Upon completion of each session and payment via credit card (Jane Payments) or e-transfer, an official receipt will be sent to you via email. You may then submit this receipt to your insurance provider to claim your reimbursement.

你所預約的時段是專為你而保留的。臨時取消或缺席會令治療師當日出現空檔，而該時段原本可提供予其他有需要的客戶。

因此，如需取消或更改預約，請最少於預約時間前 24 小時通知。

如於 24 小時內取消 (Late Cancellation)，或未有出席而未有事先通知（No Show），

將會向登記的信用卡收取全額（100%）取消費用。

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. 

A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist's day that could have been filled by another client. 

As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. 

Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee to the card on file.
